It is rare in life that you can have it all. However, if you stay at Sublime, you will, for at least a short time, most certainly have it all. Not a detail is overlooked in this home. The theme is super cute. It is beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space for my son, who is a senior in high school, and his three friends; my daughter, who is a freshman in high school, and her two friends; and myself…and we could have fit a few more people (I believe the max is 11). I had the third floor with my daughter and her friends. I had a bedroom with a king bed, comfy chair, and desk and chair; they had a bedroom with a bunk with trundle; and there was a Jack-n-Jill bathroom between our bedrooms. My son and his friends had the second floor bedrooms (two), also with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. Every floor has a balcony facing the ocean. It is a quiet neighborhood. All bedrooms have TVs. The space was definitely needed because I had another brother-sister sibling pair in addition to my kids lol. There was enough space that we could all be there and hang out together but then be in separate spaces when we wanted to. The kitchen cabinets have empty space to put your food. The beach is a very short walk across the street. The backyard is like your own private oasis. The pool (with basketball, volleyball, and pool toys) was extremely nice to have. Since it was early April, we did pay to have the pool heated, and it was amazing! We were able to add pool heating once we got there and tried out the pool. The amenities in the home - they have thought of everything. From the coffee bar to the extras in the kitchen (an ice cream maker, an air fryer, etc.) to the outdoor seating (including covered bar seating by the pool with a TV) to a putting green (putter and golf balls included) to a game room. . . and so much more. It really is all there. They even have a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser in the showers. NOTHING!

This house was amazing. Some friends and I came down to find some bourbons couldnt have been happier with the house. The location was close to Buffalo Trace as well as Castle and Key. The golf simulator and theater room in the garage are great additions. Unfortunately we were there during a winter storm and some distilleries we planned on visiting shut down. While no fault of the owners they were able to coordinate with us for a later check to allow the roads to clear. We are definitely hoping to stay here in the future.

We have stayed in many homes and this home was absolutely one of the nicest. So many detail have been put into the amenities to make our stay absolutely wonderful. We liked everything about this home. We didn’t like that we didn’t have more time to enjoy everything.
